You can choose paying from our large list of payment methods powered by Payrexx which includes, payment via credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, VPAY),  TWINT, PayPal, and direct deposit to our bank account.

PRICES

If you are viewing our online shop in Switzerland, all our prices will be shown to you in Swiss Francs CHF.

The statutory sales taxes for Switzerland and Liechtenstein are already included in the prices shown next to our products

DELIVERY

We currently ship only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein free of charge. We will be happy to deliver your order to your billing address, an alternative address or to a Swiss Post parcel office. If you reside outside of Switzerland but you are still interested in purchasing our LUNU Garments, please send us an email at hello@lunu.ch and we will do our best to welcome you into our LUNU cashmere world

DELIVERY TIME

For shipments within Switzerland the delivery time of your new LUNU garments is between 1-3 days. For shipments to Germany and Austria you can expect a delivery time of approximately 2-4 working days.

SHIPPING COSTS

All shipments are free of charge in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.  

As our Brand is growing we are now also shipping to Germany and Austria with a small additional shipping cost that is calculated at checkout. Import duties and taxes for those countries are due on delivery and are paid to the carrier directly.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Every order and every update will be confirmed via email. By ordering you accept our prices and terms and conditions

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Please check the items you ordered for any defects or irregularities immediately upon receipt of the delivery. You can return your order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and receive a full refund. The shipping costs for returns are not covered by Lunu GmbH. In order for us to accept your return, it is important that the clothing is returned to us unworn, clean, undamaged and intact, including the labels. Once we receive the returned item, we will check and determine if the product is still in good condition and if so, a refund can be issued.

You can drop off the parcel at any Swiss Post counter available in your neighborhood.

All items may be returned within the time limit, provided they have not been previously used or worn. Please make sure to keep your Swiss postal service receipt, as it will serve as proof in the event of a lost package. After the deadline, the purchase is considered validly completed. Excluded from the right of return are used items or items without attached original label.

EXCHANGE OR REFUND

For each return, you can choose whether the ordered garment should be exchanged (if still available) or returned and refunded. 

SIZES

LUNU sizes can vary depending on the product design, its style and yarn thickness. We generally follow the European Size Guide.
